PS UNDERGROUND specializes in creating immersive dining experiences for our guests. We are by no means a typical event company. We think out of the box. Whether it's a private party for friends or a corporate event for your business we will make it a celebration unlike any other. We thrive on coming up with new and unique ways to surprise our guests with unexpected twists and turns throughout a culinary journey. If you choose PS UNDERGROUND for your next special event we will take care of the rest. All you have to do is sit back and let us handle all of the details.


You may choose one of over 100 event themes we have already perfected or allow us to put our creative thinking caps on and come up with something completely new and fresh for your event. Below are a list of some special event themes we have created in the past that may be just perfect for your next soiree.



LIGHT


Light is an avant-garde all encompassing multiple course dining experience.


Unexpected turns throughout a magical tasting menu will entice you with a feast for the senses.

Please bring to the table an open mind and a sense of adventure. Prepare yourselves for an evening of the truly unexpected. LIGHT has been dubbed

"A culinary RAVE for adults!!!"


We use special technology that allows us to completely customize this event. Fun photos, favorite songs, corporate logos and food preferences can be added to this event to make it truly one-of-a-kind.



SITCOM


SITCOM is inspired by classic television shows and commercials from past decades. It will be a fun romp down memory lane. We'll laugh, we'll sing, and we'll enjoy a twist on what was served in front of the boob-tube while watching those classic sitcoms.


We have more than a few fun-filled surprises in store as we celebrate all things retro. So brush up on your TV trivia, practice those sitcom theme songs, and settle in for an evening of sheer entertainment.

BLANC


When the flowers are in full bloom and the freshest ingredients are available at our local farmer's market it is time to celebrate.


"BLANC", a celebration of all things fresh.

Crisp white wines pair perfectly with the multiple course menu we create for "BLANC". Each guest is encouraged to bring along their favorite bottle of white wine to share at this farm to table dining experience.


The location is kept secret but we can assure you that it is a beautiful backdrop for this relaxed evening of good food, great wine and friends old and new.





Jump into the way back machine set to 1965. Teen music is taking over the airwaves. Every town is adding TV variety programs to showcase local talent. Philadelphia had American Bandstand. Cleveland had Upbeat. Nashville had Night Train. LA had the Loyd Thaxton show. Chicago had Soul Train. Houston had The Beat.


Finger poppin' and toe taping, to social conciseness and outright protest songs. Relive the Mid-Century thru the music of the time accompanied by multi-media video to invoke the Go Go era in all its flower power splendor.


Put on your mod inspired attire, get ready to dance and be a part of the live studio audience for a taping of the the brand new television show, THE BEAT.





ROUGE


We turn PS UNDERGROUND's private nightclub into a swinging club. It is part 1920's speakeasy, party sultry cabaret and part culinary theater. It also happens to be a bit bawdy and a touch risque. You will feel transported back in time with a contemporary PS UNDERGROUND slant. This is one fun and wild party.


The uniquely presented four course menu is kept secret and is revealed as the evening progresses. It adds to the mystique.


This event is always a crowd favorite.




ERA


Behind a rough-hewn wooded gate, across a cobblestone courtyard lies a hidden Palm Springs gem. A place where Champagne is served on silver trays, guests still dress for dinner and a long leisurely meal is sure to wash away the cares of the day.


Walk through the gate and step back in time to a bygone era. You are cordially invited to join us for this exclusive dining experience located at a truly iconic property in the heart of Palm Springs



SPLAT

PS UNDERGROUND has taken the wildly popular concept of paint night, flipped it upside down, shook it up, mixed it around and turned it on it's ear. This will not be your grandma's painting class. Imagine a group of people, each channeling their inner Picasso, Monet or Rembrandt coming together to create a single piece of art worthy of a gallery showing.



Let your imagination soar and the paint fly as you enjoy this most interactive form of expression and artistic freedom. We won't reveal too much about what you will experience while attending the dinner event SPLAT but we can say that it will be a creative and wild ride from start to finish.





THE DARK DOOR


THE DARK DOOR is bawdy, raunchy and sometimes downright nasty. The characters who reside behind THE DARK DOOR are known to dress provocatively, tell off-color jokes, swear like sailors and sometimes be overtly offensive. It's all in the name of fun, but if you are easily offended, don't like to hear or scream more than a few profanities, or are looking for a sweet, demure evening out, the THE DARK DOOR is not the event for you.

BehindTHE DARK DOOR you are encouraged to become someone new. Dress a bit more flamboyantly, laugh a bit too hard, wave at someone you've never met who's sitting across the room, swear profusely, and simply let the cares of the day wash away.


This is truly the darker side of PS UNDERGROUND.
