YOUR DINING ADVENTURE

We begin with a red carpet and red velvet rope arrival on the Camino Real side of the venue. Guests will be greeted with two specialty cocktails created specifically for this event. There will be a fully hosted bar for the duration of the event to include beer, wine, specialty cocktails and premium liquors (Tito’s vodka, Bombay Sapphire gin, Bacardi rum, Maker’s Mark bourbon, Espolon tequila, Dewars scotch, Templeton rye, and a nice selection or aperitifs and cordials)

CATERING: The food offered will be a combination of hand-passed appetizers, a charcuterie presentation and two live-action stations. PS UNDERGROUND will work with the client to create the menu offerings, taking into consideration the dietary restrictions of those attending as well as the overall theme of the reception.

STATE-OF-THE-ART LIGHTING, STAGING AND SOUND: Our specialty lighting, customizable staging, and sound system has been carefully crafted to create the perfect ambience for your event.  With the ability to pin-light each table, spotlight a world class performance on stage, pre-program moving lighting elements, and provide surround sound from our professional sound system, your event will look, sound and feel like no other. (including mixer, microphones and a full complement of backline equipment) All music must culminate at or prior to 10:00 pm due to close proximity to residential housing.

SPACE AND LOGISTICS: You will fall in love with this captivating space complete with clean lines, minimalist design, and an urban vibe. We are conveniently located near new as well as historic hotels, featuring over a thousand rooms within walking distance of the venue. Come see why we’re considered the premier event space in downtown Palm Springs! The set-up will be a combination of high-boy and low-boy tables placed in a cocktail style setting with white linens and fresh flowers. BRANDING AND SIGNAGE: We appreciate the vital importance of brand representation in corporate events. By investigating your company's aims and event objectives, we provide specialized recommendations and develop a personalized experience that exceeds your expectations. Should the client wish to bring in a step-and-repeat, there are a few locations for appropriate placement. All collateral signage is accepted. In addition, PS UNDERGROUND is equipped with projection-mapping technology. Should the client provide logos, graphics, company slogans or slideshows, PS UNDERGROUND will use them creatively throughout the duration of the event.

ENTERTAINMENT: If you're on the hunt for a Broadway star, a jazz trio, a pianist, a 1970s disco band, cirque performers, magicians, burlesque dancers, cabaret performers, DJs, or any other thrilling acts, PS UNDERGROUND is your go-to place for all entertainment. FINANCIAL DETAILS

PLATINUM RECEPTION PACKAGE

To include: red-carpet arrival, two specialty welcome drinks, fully-hosted bar with premium liquors, hand-passed appetizers, charcuterie display, 2 live action food stations, all lighting, staging and sound requirements.

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Per person price for full package: $55 per person per hour (2 hour estimate)

8:00 pm to 10:oo pm - Per person price for hosted bar only: $25 per person per hour (2 hour estimate)

Chef will provide signature hand-passed light appetizers and desserts at no additional cost to the client from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

In addition to the per person fee, there is a 22% taxable service fee and 9.25% Palm Springs tax.

Total estimated event cost based on 100 attendees including service fee and tax: $21,325.60 (not including entertainment fees)

Entertainment fee would be at an additional cost. What might work best is piano background for the first half hour to forty five minutes, with a transition to a full jazz band and singer for the next two hours, followed by DJ style house music played through our system. By using our own music instead of a DJ we will be able to “Read the Room” and choose music that matches the vibe and feel of the room. (estimated cost for piano, bass, drums and singer for three hours is $1800.00)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The balance is due on or before the event date itself.

VENUE CAPACITY - 100 guests (seated at tables or standing)

TABLE CONFIRGURATIONS - Various size round tables, banquet tables, lowboy and highboy cocktail rounds, and theatre seating for up to 100 guests

STAGING - Twelve 4’ X 4’ stage sections that can be customized by height and shape for thrust, in-the-round, traditional staging or removed all together.

OUTDOOR SPACE - Enclosed patio space with unobstructed views of the San Jacinto mountains. Accommodates up to 60 guests for cocktails, receptions, and sit-down dinners

FIRE-PIT - The perfect place for pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner drinks

INCLUDED WITH ALL PRIVATE EVENTS - We offer a complete range of backline and audio equipment for your use. A dressing room is provided, equipped with a steamer, mirror, filtered water, coffee, and tea. Additionally, monitor speakers, wireless microphones, and a cutting-edge lighting and sound system are available. Included as well, red-carpet and red velvet stantions, tables, chairs, linens (black or white), floating florals in vases, china, glassware, and silverware.
