PRIVATE DINING EVENTS
Beginning at $99 per guest
For gatherings centered around great food, drinks and conversation, our private dining events offer a polished and beautifully-hosted experience.
Your event might take the form of a three-course brunch, luncheon or dinner, with beverage service tailored to your gathering. Menus, bar offerings, and room arrangements / floor plans can all be customized, with options such as live music, grazing stations, appetizer displays, and other enhancements available.
SIGNATURE PS UNDERGROUND EXPERIENCES
Beginning at $195 per guest
This is the experience for which PS UNDERGROUND is best known.
A Signature PS UNDERGROUND Experience combines a chef-created multi-course menu, free-flowing cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine, live entertainment,
and exclusive use of the venue.
The room does more than provide the setting; its walls become canvases. The tables can become part of the stage, and lighting, music, projections and live performance work together to carry guests through the evening. A change in course might bring a change in scenery. A song might introduce an entirely new mood. Performers may appear onstage, move through the room or emerge from somewhere your guests never expected.
One experience might invite guests into the visual world of great artists, with each course and performance inspired by a different masterpiece. Another might transport them through classic television, an underground speakeasy, a glamorous supper club,
or a deliciously dark vampire tale.
You may choose an experience we have already created, have us reinvent one around your occasion, or give us an idea and see where our imaginations take it.
Final pricing is based on the date, guest count, menu, entertainment, event length, and level of customization and production.

PS UNDERGROUND is also available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, milestone celebrations, graduations, meetings, presentations, food and beverage tastings, photo and video shoots, product launches, trade shows and other private uses.
Each of these events has different requirements. Some may call for just the venue and its built-in capabilities, while others may include food and beverage service, customized room arrangements, audiovisual support, entertainment, or complete event production.
Because pricing varies considerably based on the date, event length, guest count, venue access, staffing, and requested inclusions, these events are quoted individually.
