WHAT IS PS UNDERGROUND?
PS UNDERGROUND is Palm Springs' immersive dining experience, blending secret multi-course menus, live entertainment, theatrical environments, and communal dining into unforgettable evenings unlike anything else in California.
Every experience is different. Every menu is a surprise. Every adventure tells its own story.
PART RESTAURANT. PART THEATER. PART adventure, ENTIRELLY ITS OWN THING.
PS UNDERGROUND isn't quite a restaurant, and it isn't quite dinner theater.
Each experience combines Chef Dave's secret multi-course menus with live performances, themed environments, specialty cocktails, and communal tables designed to bring people together.
Some adventures feel like a supper club. Some feel like a concert. Some feel like stepping into another place or time altogether.
The only thing guests can count on is that no two experiences are ever quite the same.
more than a meal
Music, storytelling, live performances, projections, cocktails, lighting, and unexpected moments all become part of the experience.
Some events are elegant and intimate. Others are playful, theatrical, or delightfully unexpected. The menu may change, the performers may change, and the room itself may transform, but the spirit remains the same: bringing people together to share something memorable.
NO TWO EXPERIENCES ARE THE SAME
PS UNDERGROUND transforms constantly. Menus, entertainment, themes, cocktails, and even the room itself change from one experience to the next.
Some experiences become favorites and return from time to time. Many are created for a particular moment and may never happen again in exactly the same form.
THE SECRET MENU
At PS UNDERGROUND, the menu remains a secret until each course arrives at the table.
Chef Dave creates every menu specifically for the evening's theme, allowing guests to discover the experience one course at a time.
Dietary restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice.
THE COMMUNAL TABLE
Most guests gather around our signature communal tables where conversations begin quickly and strangers often leave as friends.
Some guests arrive with a partner, some come with a group of friends and are seated together, and many join us on their own. By dessert, the lines between tables tend to blur a little and the room starts to feel less like a restaurant and more like a dinner party you somehow forgot you were hosting.
