TINSEL AND TONIC
This holiday season, PS UNDERGROUND takes you back to the golden age of Las Vegas, where glittering showrooms meet twinkling Christmas lights, velvet curtains frame the stage, and oversized cocktails put everyone in a festive mood. Think vintage Vegas glamour dressed up for the holidays, with extra tinsel and plenty of cheer.
Inspired by the legendary Vegas entertainers of the ’60s and ’70s, this festive evening brings the soulful swagger of Elvis, the bold glamour of Cher, the infectious swing of Louis Prima, the irresistible energy of Tom Jones, the dazzling vocals of Shirley Bassey, the playful charm of Nancy Sinatra, and the Motown sparkle of Diana Ross. Their classic hits mingle with beloved holiday songs for a night of Christmas nostalgia and showroom magic. Taking the stage is The Gand Band, Coachella Valley’s four-time “Best Local Band” winner, bringing rock, soul, blues, Motown, and classic hits to the holiday party.
Chef Dave’s secret four-course menu takes its cues from the glamorous dining rooms of classic Las Vegas, with festive flavors revealed one course at a time. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advance notice. Cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine flow freely, while communal tables bring friends old and new together to share the warmth and indulgence of the season.
