Chef Dave’s secret five-course menu draws inspiration from holiday tables around the world. Regional ingredients, beloved seasonal dishes, and recipes rooted in tradition come together in a menu revealed one course at a time. Free-flowing themed cocktails, beer, and wine accompany the evening, while live entertainment brings the songs and spirit of each celebration to life.

We invite you to share a little of your own holiday spirit by bringing an ornament for our Tree of Memories. Choose one that reflects a tradition, holds special meaning, or simply brings you joy. In return, you’ll receive an ornament chosen by PS UNDERGROUND to take home as a keepsake of the evening.

Ticket includes a secret multi-course dinner inspired by holiday traditions from around the world, festive live entertainment, and free-flowing beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and mocktails as we celebrate the flavors, music, and customs of the season.
